Senior Associate

Natalie Hierholzer

Natalie attended the University of Houston and has over a decade of retail experience in the Real Estate Industry. As our Leasing and Marketing Assistant, Natalie facilitates the distribution of leasing information, ensuring that property brochures and other marketing materials are clear, informational, and up-to-date. Natalie’s exceptional customer service and commitment to a prompt response time guarantees a smooth prospect-to-tenant transition. Natalie loves curling up on the couch with a good book and a cat.

Property & Operations Manager

Luca Sormani

Luca has over 12 years of experience managing residential and commercial real estate properties. He attended El Camino College and LACM. He holds a Property Management Certificate, and he has experience in journalism and image consulting for political candidates.

Luca, as the Property and Operations Manager must travel to our properties across the country making sure they are in great conditions. He manages all our maintenance team and our people on site for properties and deals directly with vendors and contractors.

He enjoys shopping and has a passion for gardening.

Executive Administrative Assistant

Janet Villegas

Janet graduated from the University of Santa Cruz majoring in Sociology and minoring in Education. With more than 5 years of experience in Commercial Real Estate Business, she managed to assist with different documents as needed in real estate transactions for different types of uses like office or retail spaces.
Janet as the Executive Administrative Assistant at PacWest oversees the documents for insurances, request paperwork as needed from vendors and current tenants, plus capacitating people for administrative office work.
She loves to dance salsa and learning new things like fishing.

Administrative & Leasing Assistant

Dania Ulloa

Dania attended Santa Monica College and she has recently acquired her California Salesperson License. She has worked in the Real Estate Business for almost over a year now and she has been gaining real experience in the field since she joined the PacWest team.
Dania as an Administrative and Leasing Assistant, supports our office with all levels of administrative tasks, including collecting documents as required, direct contact with tenants and vendors, preparing invoices and other administrative and leasing duties.
She loves going out in her free time and enjoys a lot working out in the mornings.

Junior Associate

Jessie Verlau

Jessie has over three years of experience in the Real Estate Industry spanning across multiple states in the US. She attended Santa Monica College, pursuing a bachelor’s degree in general studies.

Jessie, as a Leasing Associate at PacWest, ensures that properties are at maximum capacity with compatible tenants. She distributes leasing and sale information, actively following up with prospects and ensuring that all applications are reviewed promptly. Jessie’s warm personality and excellent customer service ensure a pleasant and enjoyable leasing experience.

In Jessie’s free time, she enjoys going to Pilates and spending time with her pets.

Alejandro graduated from the California Polytechnic of California

Ayda Kach

Ayda graduated from Cal State Fullerton and has held her California Salesperson License since 2014. She has nearly a decade of experience in Commercial Real Estate, Asset Management and Marketing.

Some of her current responsibilities as a director at PacWest include the management of all the assets of PacWest’s portfolio which covers multiple regions across the United States, the overseeing of multiple acquisition and disposition transactions per year, and real estate-related team management, with over 5 years of experience in from different areas of the Industry. She has the ability to create great relationships and provide outstanding customer service.

Ayda is a competitive triathlete and loves exploring the Santa Monica Mountains on her bike.

Joseph Ramani

Joseph Ramani is the founder and president of PacWest Management Inc, a private boutique retail real estate investment firm. He oversees the company’s transactions and management of all properties across the United States. With over 30 years of experience developing and redeveloping properties, he is a true industry expert. Joseph is a visionary leader dedicated to driving success and growth in the company. Prior to founding PacWest Management, Joseph graduated from Woodbury University, and shortly after he embarked on his journey real estate, gaining experience in different areas of the industry. With his commitment to excellence and client satisfaction, Joseph goes above and beyond to make sure every transaction is a success.

During his free time, he enjoys going for hikes, doing kick boxing, and maintaining a healthy lifestyle.
